GODE (“we”) guarantees that, subject to the exclusions and limitations below, GODE-branded products (“Products”) are covered by warranty services within the specified limited warranty period (“Warranty Period”). This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase and/or delivery receipt.

  • Overseas Purchase: Please contact your assigned sales representative.
  • Purchase from GODE Zhongshan Factory, China: Please contact your sales representative.

If you cannot reach them, please email info@chinagode.com or visit our After-Sales Support Page to submit a service request.

Our warranty services will prioritize the terms specified in the purchase contract.

Warranty Policy Exclusions

This warranty does not cover non-GODE products or software, and the following situations:

  • Normal wear and tear (including battery degradation)
  • Damage caused by rough handling, misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
  • Battery short circuits, casing damage, or tampering
  • Failure to follow product instructions
  • Intentional damage or gross negligence
  • Use of non-official parts or consumables
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Improper packaging for transport
  • External factors beyond our control (power or network issues)
  • Use in extreme weather conditions
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers
  • Use in high electromagnetic interference environments
  • Circuit modifications or battery/charger misuse
  • Use of inappropriate power sources
  • Use with third-party accessories or devices
  • Altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers
  • Unauthorized upgrades or modifications
  • Consumable parts
  • Lost, stolen, or promotional/gift items
  • Products beyond the warranty period
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase
  • Software, data loss, or costs related to system installation

Limitation of Liability

  • This warranty provides your sole remedy for GODE product defects.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase value of the Product.
  • GODE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data, profit, or business losses.
  • The above limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or injury/death caused by GODE.

Warranty Service Process

  1. Provide valid proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Submit your request via info@chinagode.com or the after-sales service page.
  3. Our service team will review your request and provide repair, replacement, or other solutions.

Friendly Reminders

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
